Job Type : 13 Weeks of Contract
Job Location : Yuma, CO
Shift : Day, some weekends and call. Could be called out in the evening. These are not 12-hour shifts
Must possess current driver’s license and current Colorado RN licensure
CPR certification
Must have the ability to lift, push pull, or move patients, equipment, or supplies in excess of fifty pounds with or without the use of adaptive/assistive devices.
Must be COVID vaccinated
OASIS experience preferred
These are not 12-hour shifts
A car will be provided for home health visits.
